AND SEVENTEEN (17) MEMBERS OF THE MANAGING COMMITTEE FOR THE TERM OF THREE (3)
YEARS
OF SHRI KUTCHI LOHANA MAHAJAN TRUST – MULUND
ONLY FOR KUTCHI LOHANA COMMUNITY PERMANENTLY RESIDING IN “T” WARD (400080, 81 & 82) AND ONLY FOR THOSE, WHOSE NAME APPEARED IN THE VOTERS LIST OF THE TRUST OF 15/04/2026
We, the Chief Election Officer and Assistant Election Officers, appointed by the General Body of Mulund Mahajan, hereby declare the entire election process for:
- 5 Trustees (Term: 6 Years)
- 17 Managing Committee Members (Term: 3 Years)
The election will be held on Sunday, 10th May 2026 as per the schedule below:
- Voting will be conducted at Mahajan Wadi, Ram Ratan Trivedi Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai – 400080 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- One person can apply for only one post. Nomination forms are non-transferable.

Nomination forms can be collected from 18th April 2026 to 19th
April 2026
between
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the registered office.
Fees:- Trustee: ₹200
- Committee Member: ₹100

Submission of filled forms: 18th April to 21st April
2026 (10 AM – 7 PM)
Fees:- Trustee: ₹7,500
- Committee Member: ₹2,500
- Provisional list announcement: 22nd April 2026 at 7:00 PM
- Withdrawal deadline: 24th April 2026 till 7:00 PM
- Final list announcement: 26th April 2026 at 7:00 PM
Rules & Regulations
- Candidate name must appear in the voters list as of 15th April 2026.
- Nomination forms can be collected personally or via authorized representative with valid ID proof.
- Forms must be submitted personally at the Mahajan office.

Deadlines:
- No forms after 19th April 2026
- No submissions after 21st April 2026 (7 PM)
- No withdrawals after 24th April 2026 (7 PM)
- If exactly 5 Trustee candidates and 17 Committee candidates apply, they will be declared elected unopposed and no voting will take place.
ચૂંટણી પ્રક્રિયા અંગેની સૂચના
છ (૬) વર્ષના કાર્યકાળ માટે પાંચ (૫) ટ્રસ્ટીઓ
તથા ત્રણ (૩) વર્ષના કાર્યકાળ માટે સત્તર (૧૭) કારોબારી સમિતિના સભ્યો

માત્ર “ટી” વોર્ડ (૪૦૦૦૮૦, ૪૦૦૦૮૧, ૪૦૦૦૮૨)માં કાયમી વસવાટ કરતા અને ૧૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૬ની મતદાર યાદીમાં નામ ધરાવતા કચ્છી લોહાણા સમાજના સભ્યો માટે જ લાગુ પડે છે
અમે, મુખ્ય ચૂંટણી અધિકારી અને સહાયક ચૂંટણી અધિકારીઓ, મુલુંડ મહાજનના સામાન્ય સભા દ્વારા નિયુક્ત, નીચે મુજબની ચૂંટણી પ્રક્રિયા જાહેર કરીએ છીએ:
- ૫ ટ્રસ્ટીઓ (કાર્યકાળ: ૬ વર્ષ)
- ૧૭ કારોબારી સમિતિ સભ્યો (કાર્યકાળ: ૩ વર્ષ)
ચૂંટણી રવિવાર, ૧૦ મે ૨૦૨૬ના રોજ નીચે મુજબ યોજાશે:

મતદાન સ્થળ: મહાજન વાડી, રામરતન ત્રિવેદી રોડ, મુલુંડ (પ.), મુંબઈ
– ૪૦૦૦૮૦
સમય: સવારે ૯:૦૦ થી સાંજે ૫:૦૦ - એક વ્યક્તિ માત્ર એક જ પદ માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે. નામાંકન ફોર્મ ટ્રાન્સફરેબલ નથી.

- અંતિમ યાદી જાહેર: ૨૬ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૬ સાંજે ૭:૦૦
નિયમો અને શરતો
- ઉમેદવારનું નામ ૧૫ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૬ની મતદાર યાદીમાં હોવું ફરજિયાત છે.
- નામાંકન ફોર્મ ઉમેદવાર પોતે અથવા અધિકૃત પ્રતિનિધિ દ્વારા માન્ય ઓળખપત્ર સાથે મેળવી શકે છે.
- ફોર્મ મહાજન ઓફિસમાં વ્યક્તિગત રીતે જમા કરાવવું ફરજિયાત છે.

સમયમર્યાદા:
- ૧૯ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૬ પછી ફોર્મ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં
- ૨૧ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૬ સાંજે ૭:૦૦ પછી ફોર્મ સ્વીકારાશે નહીં
- ૨૪ એપ્રિલ ૨૦૨૬ સાંજે ૭:૦૦ પછી ઉમેદવારી પાછી ખેંચી શકાશે નહીં
- જો ટ્રસ્ટી માટે માત્ર ૫ અને કારોબારી સમિતિ માટે માત્ર ૧૭ ઉમેદવારો નામાંકન કરશે, તો તેઓ બિનહરીફ જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે અને મતદાન યોજાશે નહીં.
