• Voting is allowed only for members whose names appear in the Voters List dated 15/04/2026.
  મતદાન ફક્ત ૧૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૬ની મતદાર યાદીમાં નામ ધરાવતા સભ્યોને જ મંજૂર છે.
• Voters must carry their original photo identity proof at the time of voting.
  મતદારોને મૂળ ફોટો ઓળખપત્ર લાવવો ફરજિયાત છે.
• Voting will be conducted through Secret Ballot Papers.
  મતદાન ગુપ્ત બેલેટ પેપર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે.
• Maximum 5 votes for Trustees and 17 votes for Managing Committee may be cast.
  ટ્રસ્ટી માટે વધુમાં વધુ ૫ અને મેનેજિંગ કમિટી માટે ૧૭ મત આપી શકાશે.
• Ballot papers with less votes than the permitted limit will be valid.
  ઓછા મત આપેલ બેલેટ માન્ય રહેશે.
• Ballot papers with more votes than allowed or wrong markings will be rejected.
  વધુ મત અથવા ખોટી નિશાનીવાળા બેલેટ રદ થશે.
• Voters must maintain discipline, peace and order at the polling premises.
  મતદાન સ્થળે શાંતિ અને શિસ્ત જાળવવી જરૂરી છે.
• Misbehaviour or disturbance will lead to removal from premises.
  અનુશાસનભંગ પર બહાર કાઢવામાં આવશે.
• Senior citizens and differently-abled voters will be assisted.
  વૃદ્ધ અને નિશક્ત મતદારોને મદદ મળશે.
• Results will be declared on the same day or next day.
  પરિણામ તે જ દિવસે અથવા બીજા દિવસે જાહેર થશે.
• Ballot papers will be preserved for 30 days and then destroyed.
  બેલેટ પેપરો ૩૦ દિવસ સુધી સાચવવામાં આવશે.

• Candidates must follow discipline and all election rules.
  ઉમેદવારોને તમામ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું જરૂરી છે.
• Misconduct or irregularities will invite strict action.
  ગેરવર્તન પર કડક કાર્યવાહી થશે.
• If votes are equal, winner will be decided by Lucky Draw.
  સમાન મત મળ્યા તો લકી ડ્રો થશે.
• If vote difference is 25 or less, recount allowed within 30 minutes.
  ૨૫ મત અથવા ઓછા તફાવતમાં ૩૦ મિનિટમાં રીકાઉન્ટ માંગવી શકાય.

• Election Officers can modify rules during the election.
  ચૂંટણી અધિકારીઓ નિયમોમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકે છે.
• Assistant Officers will conduct election if Chief is absent.
  મુખ્ય અધિકારી ગેરહાજર હોય તો સહાયક અધિકારી ચૂંટણી કરશે.
• If both absent, Election Team will conduct election.
  બન્ને ગેરહાજર હોય તો ટીમ ચૂંટણી કરશે.
• Decisions of Election Officers are final and binding.
  તેમના નિર્ણયો અંતિમ રહેશે.
